Minimum Order Requirements
• $100 AUD per order (before shipping)

Payment
• Full payment required at checkout
• Secure Shopify payment processing

Production & Turnaround
• 5–10 business days for production and dispatch
• We’ll advise if additional time is needed for larger orders

Shipping
• Calculated at checkout based on weight and size
• Retailer responsible for any import/customs duties

International Wholesale Orders
• At this stage, our wholesale program is available to Australian businesses only. We're currently refining our wholesale systems and reviewing options for international expansion in the future. If you'd like to be notified when international wholesale becomes available, we'd love to hear from you.

Quality & Variations
• Our products are handmade (slight variations may occur)
• Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery

Returns & Refunds
• Wholesale orders are final sale
• Damaged/faulty items will be replaced or refunded with evidence

Product Photography
• Please use your own product photography for resale listings
• Our product photos may not be used without written permission
