Order Processing Times
All of our items are handmade with care. Standard processing time is 2–3 business days before your order is shipped.

✨ Special Note for NFC Resin Keyrings: These items are made with epoxy resin and require curing time. Please allow an additional 24 hours for these to be ready for shipping.

Custom Orders
For custom designs (including custom NFC tags with business logos or colours), please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipping. We’ll always keep you updated if extra time is required.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
At checkout, you can select from available Australia Post options (e.g., Standard or Express). Delivery estimates are provided directly by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery timeframes.

• We cannot guarantee postal delivery dates, but we’ll always do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
