• Please upload your platform QR code when ordering (there’s an upload field at checkout). If you don’t have one, no stress — we’ll create one for you using your link.
• QR code on the back so your profile can be accessed by both NFC tap and QR scan.
• Some older devices may not support NFC, but the QR code ensures your keyring still works everywhere.
• As these are personalised, refunds are not available unless the item is faulty.

📲 Where to Tap?

Most modern smartphones have built-in NFC readers, but the exact location can vary:

·       iPhone (iPhone XS and newer):
Tap near the top center of the back of the phone.

·       Android devices:
Tap around the middle or upper back of the phone — chip placement varies slightly depending on the model.

If it doesn’t read right away, try slowly moving the keyring around the back of your phone until the link pops up!

Tip: Make sure NFC is enabled in your settings if you're using an Android device.

Note: Please double-check your URL and QR code when placing your order. Due to the custom nature of these items, refunds are not available once programmed.

⚠️ Heads up: NFC tags are tested and working on both Android & iPhone, but occasionally, some Android devices may have trouble reading tags programmed on an iPhone. If that happens, tags can easily be reprogrammed using the free app “NFC Tools.” We’re always here to help!
